DEA MARICA - The Curse of the Haunted CD

French doom/death Ataraxie's 10th anniversary album. This album contains re-arranged and re-recorded version of "The Other Path" demo, 2 exclusive tracks and live tracks recorded at "les festins sonores" festival in May 2008. On "Unholy Prayer", Ende from Fatum Elisum is featured as guest vocal. All tracks(except live tracks) recorded by guitar player Fred and Julien Bous (Postghost recordings). Mixing and mastering was done by Raphael Henry at Echoes Studio.

Japanese black/thrash since 1997 featuring ex-member of death metal band Monarchie Infernale, who has released some EPs in mid-90's. Finally they released 1st album in 2013!!! Basically, their music is aggressive  blackened thrash. They don't hesitate to expand their musical horizon by adding complex technical riffs, driving melodic bass lines, and impressive melodic solo, etc... There are many experimentations but their songs keeps aggression and brutality! They use Japanese lyrics which add some exotic atmosphere. Dark and aggressive blackened thrash attack!!!!   

Japanese ambient/industrial doom Begrabnis VS Australian avantgarde schizophrenic funeral doom Estrangement.
Begrabnis started as 4 piece doom band with real drummer. After their drummer left in 2012, they started to use drum machine and add some ambient/industrial elements and thelmin, which makes their music much more unique one. Their vocalist is female, but don't expect ethereal beautiful clean one. It's extremely horrific dark voices which reminds me of witch's curse.
Estrangement is one of the most unique band under the banner of “Funeral Doom”. They mix a lof of elements, classical music with violin, cello, flute, piano and classical guitar, furious black/thrash metal riffs, and of course slow dismal doom! The scene is changing rapidly which is really schizophrenic!
Both bands expand the horizon of the land of doom and it's time to conquer new frontier!

This DVD contains shows of the bands who are playing doom and doom releated genre in Rotterdam/Holland 2006. Multi-camara shooted pro quality DVD featuring Saturnus, Ataraxie, Inborn Suffering, Doomraiser, Funeralium, Nymphea Aurora, Abysmal Darkening, Reverend Bizarre, The Prophecy, The Gates Of Slumber, Centurions Ghost, Insanity Reigns Supreme, Season's End, and Mary Bell.

1st album of Japanese extreme doom. Eerie melodies by 2 guitars and 6 strings bass guitar. Extremely slow rhythm and contrast of dark  tranquility and extreme aggression. Here's 4 songs, about 74minutes of extreme doom that should be so! Justin Hartwig from Mournful Congregation contributed excellent lead guitar.   

2nd album of Japanese extreme doom. This release will be the first appearance of their new bass player Ryo Amamiya after the departure of founding member, Nobuyuki Sento.
Following the path of their previous melodic and tranquil slow doom album "dense fog”, they added various experimentations into their song writing - for example, one of the songs is written in "Rondo" format traditionally used on classical composition. These new attempts have made their music become much more dramatic and complex.

Following self titled 1st album released in 2007, French doom/death Funeralium unleash new album in the world of doom! Dark and heavy doom/death with dynamic drumming with extremely slow rhythm and occasional bursting out fast beat, crushing doom riffs mixing darkening heaviness and melodies, and hysteric intense growling/screaming vocal!

1st album of Japanese depressive black/doom trio, who started their activities in 2013 to create slow and depressive music. Their music combines depressive black metal, doom metal and some progressive elements. Having performed a number of gigs in Tokyo, they established their own style and recorded these 8 tracks of melancholy and depression.

1st EP of Japanese doom duo Nagativeaidguerrilla Realm. This EP is including only 1 song but it's about 27 minutes epic. They don't have drums and vocals, but it's not drone doom with torturing repetitive ultra heavy riffs. "Tranquility" with long tone chord riffs, "Aggression" with intense fast passages. Mixing both tranquility and aggression, they are creating majestic atmospheric epic for doomed mind.

New EP from Finnish funeral doom master. As the title represents, this CD is including 4 tracks based on every season. The song of Autumn, which is the gloomiest season, "Dead are Our Leaves of Autumn" feature guest appearance from Mournful Congregation's Justin Hartwig. As all seasons die, they bring you to the land of gloom and bleakness...    

German doom cult is back! 5 years passed since the release of their last album "Dooom" which The Doommonger created using the remnants of Mad Max(RIP). German doom cult return with great album! Extremely slow rhythm almost 1 snare per 7 or more seconds! Combination of majestic heavy riffs and long tone dismal guitar melodies. Growling vocals with 3 languages, English, German and French. If you have listened to their music before, you can imagine the sound of this album. Nothing changed but much improved doom album which represents melancholy and depression of human being on the earth.
